About This Opportunity
Blenners Transport is seeking a
Transport Administrator – All Rounder
to join our admin team at the Darra depot in Brisbane working
Tuesday to Friday 10:00am – 6:00pm and Saturday 6am – 12pm.
The successful candidate will have experience or be willing to learn in a high-volume transport environment including data entry of job bookings along with customer service.
Position Requirements
Minimum 1 year in administration or clerical role (transport experience preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
Solid attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing demands.
Competence in document handling, scanning, and electronic filing.

Key Responsibilities
Meet and greet drivers, collect and process load paperwork, timesheets, and logbooks.




Receiving and processing driver paperwork in an efficient and prompt manner including but not limited to:
All timesheets making sure they are completed correctly before submission to payroll for driver payments.
Driver logbook pages and run sheets are received and correspond with timesheet.
Ensure all manifests, PODs, and supporting documents are accurate and complete before departure.
Enter freight jobs accurately and on time; maintain electronic filing and scanning of documents.
Generate reports, SPAs, and assist with invoicing and customer paperwork during quiet periods.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide freight solutions promptly and professionally.
Update daily load plans, secure bookings, and assist with depot tasks including banking and purchases.
