About the Role
As a valued member of our clinical team, you will work alongside our GPs and allied health professionals to provide high-quality nursing care and support a wide range of patient services.
Key Responsibilities
Care planning and health assessments
Immunisations and vaccine cold chain management
Treatment room procedures and wound care
ECGs, spirometry, and clinical assistance
Chronic disease management
Infection prevention and quality improvement activities
Delivering exceptional patient care with a friendly, professional approach
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
Previous General Practice nursing experience (highly regarded)
Experience using Best Practice software (preferred)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A patient-focused approach and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
