Our state-of-the-art Community Centre has been thoughtfully designed to provide an exceptional lifestyle experience for our residents and features a heated indoor swimming pool, Pilates studio, fully equipped gymnasium, beauty salon, café, residents' bar, dining room, reception lounge, meeting room, billiards area, and beautifully appointed outdoor entertaining spaces with spectacular views.

We are looking for a Full Time Maintenance Officer, a jack of all trades that is also a people person! Reporting directly to the Village Manager, you will be part of a small yet agile team and be responsible for the general repair and maintenance throughout the village.
Daily Tasks
General maintenance and upkeep of the village
Responding to resident requests
Preventative maintenance & inspections
Repairs to building & equipment
Resident bus driving
To be successful in this role you will:
Have previous experience as a handy person or general maintenance officer
Be a ‘can do’ person with a positive attitude
Have pride in what you do
Be able to multitask and prioritise effectively
Have a high attention to detail
Have basic computer skills
Have an Open Class C Drivers Licence
