Murphys Construction Co is looking for a Skilled Labourer to join our fencing and retaining wall team, working side-by-side with the owner, gaining real hands-on experience that turns into a recognised qualification. Most of our work is fencing (Colourbond, timber, PVC, security fencing) and retaining wall construction and repair in North Brisbane— this isn't just a job to fill a gap, it's a genuine pathway into a trade, with a explicit future attached.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Working side-by-side with the owner on fencing and retaining wall jobs, learning the trade through real, on-the-job experience
Hands-on work across fence installation (Colourbond, timber, PVC, security fencing), retaining wall construction and repair, and general site preparation
Building practical skills across all aspects of the work
Taking on more responsibility as your skills and confidence grow
