Ultimate Security is seeking qualified, customer-focused Security Officers with shopping centre experience to join our growing team in the Sydney CBD. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a secure and secure setting for retailers, staff, and visitors.

As a shopping centre security officer, you will be responsible for providing a visible security presence, responding to incidents, conducting patrols, and assisting customers and tenants as required.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular foot patrols throughout the shopping centre
Monitor and respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
Provide excellent customer service to patrons, retailers, and centre management
Complete incident reports and daily activity logs accurately




Monitor CCTV systems and report suspicious activity
Enforce centre policies and procedures
Assist with opening and closing procedures
Liaise with emergency services and centre management when required

Selection Criteria
Previous experience working in a shopping centre security environment
Must hold a NSW 1A security licence
Must hold a valid First Aid certificate
Must be able to stand for long periods
Demonstrate punctuality and reliability at all times
