About the Role
In this dual position you'll be the friendly face families meet on the shop floor and the trusted expert who helps them travel safely with their little ones.
Your day might start with helping a current parent choose their first pram and end with installing a car seat for a family heading home from hospital.
No two days look the same – and that's what makes this role so rewarding.
You'll receive full training to become a certified Child Restraint Technician, giving you nationally recognised skills while still enjoying the energy and connection of retail.
Responsibilities
Customer Engagement – Connect with and understand the needs of new and expectant parents, providing personalised assistance and product recommendations.
Product Demonstration – Guide customers through product features and benefits, ensuring they make informed choices.
Stock Management – Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure the store is well‐presented and organised.
Flexible Scheduling – Work a rotating roster of flexible shifts across weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
About You




Proactive and reliable individual who thrives in a rapid‐paced retail environment and has a genuine passion for supporting the team and ensuring smooth operations.
Qualifications
Prior Customer Service Experience.
Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment.
High standards in customer service and store presentation.
Proficient in calming irate customers and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.
Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 15 kg between floor and shoulder, 10 kg above shoulder height.
Able to wear a headset to communicate with the team on the shop floor.
Stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
