By helping us connect with chocolate lovers around the globe, you'll play an integral role in our mission to make the world a sweeter place.About the role:We're looking for energetic, vibrant individuals to help us to Enchant the World with Chocolate within our Grocery Channel (Woolworths, Coles, Independents).
This would cover suburbs such as Mornington, Rye, Hastings and Mount Eliza.As a Merchandiser, you will support the Field Sales team in spreading the word about Lindt by:Building strong relationships with our customers in a designated territoryBuilding POS (bins), to display Lindt products.Merchandising Lindt products at shelf e.g. Facing up, ticketing, investigating out of stocks and stocking shelvesStock rotation / cleaning / maintenanceIdentifying in-store display opportunities to drive increased brand exposure and sales volumes.Supporting your Area Manager with Preselling of the plan and negotiation of display locationsRecording promotional compliance through CRM systemExecuting merchandising standards of excellenceReporting back on store and consumer insightsPut simply, our Merchandisers ensure we get noticed and that our chocolate is front and centre – available for all to enjoy!

What you will bring:An interest in working in retail as a sales representativeConfidence and commitment to work autonomouslyAbility to build strong customer relationshipsStrong communication skillsAbility to productively plan and organise your working weekDon't mind getting some exercise in your day, whilst moving stock and building displaysAbility to utilise an iPad (supplied) and associated software and appsPrior experience applying effective manual handling techniquesAn unrestricted driver's licence and access to a vehicleAvailability on Wednesdays and ThursdaysPlease note that our selection process for this role includes a pre-employment medical.What we can offer you:A generous hourly rate.
