This role will cater for someone that is passionate, focussed and disciplined in their daily approach to service excellence. Five days per week including weekends.
Strong POS skills required and the ability to manage a very busy al-fresco bar.
Adaptable to move into a Section Waiter role week days.
Stock inventory control
Wine knowledge advantageous
Ability to direct junior staff.
Minimum 2+ years restaurant waiting/serving experience required.
Minimum 2+ years bar service experience required.
Australian work rights required at time of application.
Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification required.
Availability for rotating shifts required.
