Service Coordinator – Kenwick

We’re partnering with a well-established business within the industrial services sector to recruit an experienced Service Coordinator to join their busy team based near Kenwick.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys keeping things organised, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll play a key role in coordinating technicians, managing service schedules, and ensuring customers receive a seamless experience from start to finish.

Reporting to the Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Scheduling and coordinating daily service jobs for field technicians
Managing customer bookings and communicating appointment updates
Prioritising service requests to maximise efficiency and response times
Preparing and maintaining work orders, service reports and customer records
Liaising with the parts team to ensure technicians have everything required for scheduled work




Providing administrative support to the service team
Following up with customers to ensure a high level of service satisfaction
Working closely with internal stakeholders to keep service operations running smoothly

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
Previous experience in a Service Coordinator, Scheduler or Administration role
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong customer service and communication skills
High attention to detail and excellent time management
Confidence using Microsoft Office and service management or scheduling software
Experience within a technical, engineering, trades or industrial setting will be highly regarded, however it is not essential
