As a Supervisor, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of your region leading teams, streamlining workflows, and ensuring compliance across projects. You’ll enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid schedule, with a mix of onsite and work-from-home coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Reviewing costs for purchase orders and inputting pricing against items
Liaising with clients, customers and trades throughout projects
Project planning and scheduling with trades and customers
Budget and cost management on jobs
Trade coordination on project delivery
Weekly client and customer communications
Compliance and risk management, carrying out SWMS and JSA compliance with clients




Quality assurance on projects
Cost management on projects, invoicing and progress invoicing on projects
Attend onsite meetings with parties when required

Requirements:
Insurance Building Industry history preferred however not a requirement
Knowledge of WHS and the NCC/BCA
Ability to access and provide roofing reports preferred
Ability to work in a team setting
Positive problem solving skills and pro active personality
Friendly and personable manner
Strong time management skills and ability to multitask
