About Our Client
Our client, located in Laverton North, is an international leader in providing the domestic and international markets with the highest quality raw material to be utilised in pet food.
We are currently seeking experienced Production Operators with a forklift licence to join their team.
The successful application would be required to work Monday to Friday on day (6am-2pm).
About the Job
Reporting to the plant manager you will assist with the de-boning process to produce blast frozen blocks of meat which is utilised in pet food.
This role would be majority forklift driving (90%) with around 10% production work.
Loading bones into machines
Operate production machinery
Monitor production process




Move frozen meat blocks (20kg) along conveyors
Wrap and label pallets
Move product with forklift into freezer
General housekeeping and labouring as required
About You
Previous production experience
Previous meat industry experience preferrable
LF licence with forklift experience
Ability to work with animal products including beef, lamb & other animal products
Ability to work in a chiller environment
Ability to move 20kg product along a conveyor
