We're seeking a Speech Therapist to join our growing team of community-based allied health clinicians
Rouse Hill region
Remuneration package, including an annual CPD allocation
Community and in-clinic clients available
Weekly supervision with an experienced Speech Therapist
Weekly multi-disciplinary team meetings and skills workshop

You'll join an organisation built by people with lived experience of disability, ensuring that all decisions and processes are genuinely client-centered and quality-focused. Your role will include:
Paediatric and mixed caseload – the majority of your case load will be aged under 15 years.You may see some adult clients too.
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the individual's language abilities.
Develop and implement individualised treatment plans.
Provide individual therapy and group therapy sessions tailored to children's needs.
Work collaboratively with participants, families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic and meaningful interventions.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with NDIS and professional standards.
About you:
To launch successfully into this role, you'll have:
New Grad SP
A personal desire to work a paediatric cohort
Current SPA registration and professional indemnity insurance
Current driver's license and your own transport
First Aid Certificate
