The role:
Searo Group (powered by Symal) is an Australian electrical and energy infrastructure contractor delivering projects across General Electrical & Maintenance, EV Infrastructure, C&I; Solar & Battery, and Utility Scale Solar & BESS. Operating across SA, VIC, NSW, QLD, NT, and WA, we are seeking an experienced A-Grade Electrician to join our growing NSW operations.
Your everyday:
Electrical installation, commissioning, and maintenance across solar, BESS, and infrastructure projects
Work on or near the NSW electricity distribution network under ASP accreditation
Compliance with AS/NZS ****, AS ****, and relevant DNSP safety management plans
Site safety leadership including SWMS, PTW, and toolbox talks
Liaising with project engineers and site supervisors on technical matters
Who are you?




Minimum 3 years post-trade experience in electrical construction or energy infrastructure
Experience with HV/LV switchgear, solar PV, BESS, or utility-scale projects — highly regarded
Demonstrated knowledge of NSW electrical regulatory framework
