THE ROLE
This role is suited to an experienced Dental Assistant who enjoys working at a high clinical standard.
As an Oromax Dental Assistant, you will:
Provide chairside assistance across a range of surgical procedures
Prepare and manage surgical setups with precision
Anticipate surgeon requirements during procedures
Maintain strict infection control and sterilisation protocols
Support patients with calm, professional care before and after procedures
You will be trusted to work independently within your scope while contributing positively to a disciplined and collaborative team.
ABOUT YOU
You are a Dental Assistant who:
Holds Certificate III in Dental Assisting (essential)
Brings solid chairside experience (oral surgery experience highly regarded)
Demonstrates strong clinical attention to detail
Understands sterile protocols and structured workflows
Communicates professionally and compassionately with patients
Values reliability, accountability and teamwork
