Accessory Fitter
who takes pride in clean installs, correct torque, tidy routing, and finishing a job knowing it's right.

The Role
Based at our Caboolture HQ, you'll be fitting and checking high-quality 4x4 and touring accessories on top of the line American trucks. You'll work from clear job cards, follow proven systems, and be trusted to make good decisions when things don't go exactly to plan.

What You'll Be Doing
Installing and torque-checking accessories including:
Towbars, roof racks, bull bars, side steps
Canopies, drawer systems, cargo solutions
Brake controller mounting and basic 12V pre-wire
Working methodically from fitment guides, torque specs, and job sheets
Maintaining
exceptionally tidy workmanship
(routing, fastening, finish)
Completing test fits, road tests, and handover notes
Flagging issues, variations, or risks early, not after the fact
Supporting teammates and helping apprentices learn correct, safe fitting practices
What We're Looking For
Essential
2+ years' experience as an Accessory Fitter, Installer, or Light Vehicle Technician
12V knowledge (pre-wire, brake controllers, accessory circuits)
Suspension knowledge in the 4WD industry
Strong mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand and power tools
Comfortable following procedures, specs, and safety standards
Able to work independently and take responsibility for outcomes
Current driver's licence and full Australian working rights
Highly Regarded
4x4, touring, or truck build experience
Light Rigid licence
Auto-electrical exposure
