Description
Imaging Operator
Grace is seeking candidates with exceptional attention to detail, excellent data entry skills, and a passion for digitisation to join our Information Management division as an Imaging Operator. This is a hands‐on role working in a rapid‐paced environment. Flexible shifts are available.
This role is responsible for the accurate preparation, scanning, indexing, and quality assurance of physical records and complex collections in accordance with client, archival, and compliance standards. The position involves repetitive, process‐driven work and requires strong attention to detail, preservation‐focused handling techniques, and the ability to maintain accuracy under strict production deadlines.
Comprehensive in‐house training and ongoing support is provided, with opportunities for cross‐skilling and long‐term career development within the digitisation and information management industry.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing records for digitisation by removing staples, clips, bindings, and other fasteners
Handling potentially complex, fragile, oversized, sensitive, and confidential collections with care and preservation awareness
Operating high‐speed scanning and imaging equipment to digitise records accurately
Performing indexing, metadata entry,



and file naming in accordance with workflow requirements
Conducting quality assurance checks to ensure image clarity, completeness, and file integrity
Maintaining confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information and records
Supporting workflow efficiency across preparation, scanning, QA, and records handling activities
About You
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
Comfortable performing repetitive, high‐volume workflow tasks
Good computer literacy and data entry capability
Ability to work efficiently under deadlines while maintaining quality standards
Strong organisational, problem‐solving, and time management skills
Team‐oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience with digitisation, records management, archival handling, quality assurance, or document imaging systems highly regarded
