We provide high-quality, individualised support to people with a range of needs — including high physical support, mental health, and intellectual disabilities.
If you hold a
minimum Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent (or willing to obtain)
and believe in empowering people to live independent, dignified, and fulfilling lives, we'd love to hear from you.
As a Disability Support Worker with True Care Collective, you'll be providing support in areas such as:
Provide respectful and safe
personal care
Support with
meal preparation and household tasks
Assist with
community access and recreational activities




Support with
medication and health routines
Promote
daily living skills and independence
You'll work closely with participants in their homes and communities, building meaningful connections and making a genuine difference where it matters most.
Please note, this is a role that requires sleepover availability.
About You
Reliable, caring, and professional
Required to be flexible and have availablility to work various shifts
including sleepover
Confident working independently or in a team
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Blue Card, First Aid & CPR
Certificate III or higher in Disability/Individual Support (or equivalent)
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
