About the Role
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 2:00pm (25 hours per week)
You will be responsible for supporting the accounts receivable function, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely processing of incoming payments. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Process accounts receivable and incoming payments in line with company policies.
Perform daily financial transactions including verifying, classifying, posting, and recording data.
Prepare invoices, cash sales, and bank deposits.
Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger and ensure all payments are correctly allocated.
Investigate discrepancies and resolve billing issues with clients.
Set up new customer accounts and ensure all documentation is accurate.
Follow up outstanding invoices through reminders and client contact.
Generate reports and provide updates on accounts receivable status.
Provide general administrative and clerical support to the finance team.
About You
Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable role.
Strong working knowledge of accounting systems and spreadsheets.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
