LZHK Pty Ltd, trading as One Pot, is a well-established Taiwanese-style hot pot restaurant located in the heart of Haymarket, Sydney. We pride ourselves on delivering authentic Taiwanese flavours, quality food, and excellent customer service in a welcoming and vibrant dining setting.
As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team, oversee daily restaurant operations, and ensure an outstanding dining experience for our customers.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Providing excellent customer service
Full restaurant service with the occasional dinner events, catering and private functions
Employing and training new staffs
Scheduling and wage targets
Managing and supervising staffs
Liaising with suppliers
Help improve performance and productivity
Comply with health regulations
Assist in marketing, promotion and advertising strategies and campaigns
Assist chefs to develop current seasonal menus and drink menus
Monitor restaurant performance and report to various stakeholders
We operate a constantly growing and expanding business, the management role is an ever evolving and developing role, supporting the other managers and the owners.
You have a positive and enthusiastic approach to customer service and working to achieve goals.
You are highly motivated, organised and process driven with great attention to detail and have excellent communication skills.

3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
