About the Role
This position is ideal for an experienced family lawyer who thrives on managing complex matters, mentoring junior staff, and driving practice growth.
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients across a diverse range of complex parenting, property, and financial matters
Lead negotiations and manage litigation autonomously across sophisticated cases
Build and nurture robust client and professional referral networks
Provide strategic leadership, mentoring, and ongoing development to junior lawyers
Collaborate with firm leadership on business growth initiatives and workflow efficiency
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
7+ years PAE in Family Law with a solid track record handling complex matters independently
Strong leadership qualities and a genuine passion for mentoring junior lawyers
Commercial acumen and a solution-focused approach to client strategy
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and practice management skills
