The Role
An prospect has become available for a motivated Legal Assistant to support a busy disputes practice. Working closely with senior legal professionals, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the team through a combination of legal and administrative support duties. This is a full-time position based in Brisbane's CBD.
Responsibilities
Coordinating schedules, meetings and travel arrangements
Managing incoming correspondence and monitoring shared mailboxes
Maintaining electronic and physical files throughout the matter lifecycle
Drafting, formatting and amending legal documents and client communications
Assisting with billing, timesheets and matter management activities
Liaising with clients and stakeholders in a professional and timely manner
Providing administrative support across the wider practice group as required
About You
