We are looking for an experienced, driven Area Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations across a key retail client portfolio in Greater & Regional Brisbane. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be the engine behind exceptional service delivery - managing teams, building robust client relationships, and ensuring every site hits the mark on quality, compliance, and performance.

What You Will Do
Oversee multi-site operations and ensure all contractual obligations are met
Manage staffing, resourcing, and labour planning within budget
Drive quality standards across all cleaning services and client sites
Lead regular client and team meetings; resolve issues promptly




Coordinate labour, equipment, and materials for seamless service delivery
Produce accurate management reports and client communications

What You Will Bring
3+ years in a multi-site management role with experience in facilities or services sector
A natural leader who brings out the best in their teams - confident, fair, and approachable
Solid communicator with polished written and verbal skills
Sharp with MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel
Sound knowledge of the Cleaning Services Award 2020
Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, and weekends when needed
Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working both autonomously and in a team
