We are looking for motivated qualified mechanics, existing apprentices or pre-delivery tradesmen to join our workshop team at Sunstate BRP, the authorised Sea-Doo and Can-Am dealership on the Sunshine Coast.

No prior BRP or powersports experience is required — we provide full manufacturer training and support.

This is a great prospect to work with exciting recreational products in a modern workshop while enjoying the incredible year-round Sunshine Coast lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

Carry out pre-delivery inspections (PDI), servicing and maintenance on Sea-Doo and Can-Am vehicles

Assist with diagnostics and repairs (full training provided)

Maintain high standards of quality, safety and customer service

Work as part of a friendly, supportive team in a busy but rewarding setting

About you





Qualified mechanic (automotive, marine or motorcycle trade) OR

Existing apprentice (2nd year or above) OR

Experienced pre-delivery / PDI tradesman

Reliable, enthusiastic and keen to learn new skills

Current driver’s licence (motorcycle licence is a bonus but not essential)

Previous powersports or marine experience is helpful but not essential
