The Role
Work with
pre-qualified leads
– no need to source your own business.




Focus on writing deals and managing client relationships
, with
onshore support handling submission through to settlement
.
Administrative support from our offshore team
to streamline your workflow and help you focus on what you do best.
Provide expert advice
on home loans, investment finance, and refinancing.
Build and maintain strong relationships
with clients, lenders, and referral partners.
Collaborate with our experienced team
for ongoing support, development, and training.
What We're Looking For
2+ years experience in mortgage broking
or home lending.
MFAA or FBAA accreditation
.
Passionate about helping clients
achieve their finance goals.
Hungry to succeed, open to learning, and coachable
.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
