Pallara Early Learning Centre is seeking a dedicated Lead Educator on a part time basis to join our modern centre, operating 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. You will lead your room team, plan and document each child's learning journey, and mentor Educators to foster a cohesive team.
You will be the primary contact for families, conduct orientations and handovers, and maintain a safe, engaging environment that reflects our high standards and EYLF-aligned programs.
