About the role
Join Aspect's Northern Sydney therapy team and make a meaningful impact supporting Autistic children, young people and adults.
This is a community-based Occupational Therapy role where you'll manage your own caseload and work with participants in their home, school, and community environments.
You'll deliver strengths-based, functional supports focused on building independence, capability, and quality of life.
What you'll do
Provide therapy to 3–4 participants per day in community settings
Develop practical, goal-focused intervention plans
Work collaboratively with families and support networks
Support development of daily living, social and functional skills
Work autonomously with strong clinical supervision and team support
What we're looking for




Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
Current AHPRA registration
Driver's licence and access to a vehicle (km reimbursed)
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Working With Children Check
NDIS Worker Orientation Module – Quality, Safety and You
