As part of our expansion and commitment to delivering high-quality dining experiences, we are seeking 2qualified and experienced Cooksto join our kitchen team on a full-time basis.
These roles are critical to supporting our kitchen operations, maintaining food quality standards, and contributing to menu development and customer satisfaction.
Position : Cook
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Preparing and cooking a variety of Mediterranean and Modern Australian dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards
Assisting in daily kitchen operations including food preparation, portioning, and plating
Ensuring consistency in food quality, taste,



and presentation
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen in compliance with food safety standards
Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering and inventory control
Following instructions from the Head Chef and contributing to smooth kitchen workflow
Ensuring compliance with hygiene and workplace health and safety regulations
Qualification and Experience Requirements:
MinimumCertificate IV in Commercial Cookery
At least2 years of experience as an independent Cook
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment with attention to detail
Applicationswithout the required qualifications and relevant experience will not be considered.
