We are seeking an experienced and motivatedPractice Managerto join our new clinic in Manly.
In this role you will support a number of GPs, allied health providers, nurses and reception staff.
About the Role
As Practice Manager for Nuvo Health, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the medical centre.
You'll work closely with our doctors, nurses and administrative team to maintain operational excellence, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure outstanding patient care.
Candidates must have Australian work rights at the time of application.
Your key areas of responsibility include:
Maintaining the stability and efficiency of daily operations
Leading and developing staff to build a strong, collaborative culture
Overseeing regulatory compliance and accreditation requirements
Supporting and managing practitioner relationships
About You




We're looking for someone who takes pride in leading by example, solving problems proactively, and creating a welcoming and organised environment.
You will bring:
People & Leadership Skills:A natural communicator and effective leader with sound judgment, commercial awareness, and the ability to inspire your team.
A minimum of 1-2 years of management or leadership experience is required.
Day to day management experience:A proven record in running day-to-day business operations within a health care setting or similar, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Hands-On Approach:A team player with a "can-do" attitude, willing to roll up your sleeves and support your team when needed.
