The Peppercorn Food Company is a well-established fresh meat manufacturer, and we're looking for reliable Process Workers to join our production team making quality sausages and burgers.

This is a hands‑on role in a rapid‑paced, hygiene‑focused setting. Food Production experience will be an advantage however a excellent attitude and willingness to learn goes a long way and we will provide full on‑the‑job. What matters most is a strong work ethic, attention to detail and a commitment to food safety.

What you'll be doing
Operating and assisting with sausage and burger production lines
Mixing, filling, forming, weighing and packing product to specification
Following food safety, hygiene and quality standards at all times




Keeping work areas clean and adhering to sanitation procedures
General duties across the production floor as required

What we're looking for
A positive, team‑focused attitude and good reliability
Comfortable working in a chilled environment (around [temperature])
Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive manual tasks
Willingness to follow strict hygiene and safety procedures
Previous experience in food manufacturing is an advantage but not essential
