Client Care Representative | Clinical Administration - Benowa
Looking for a role where you can combine customer service, administration, and making a genuine difference in people's lives?
We have a great opportunity for a friendly, organised and proactive Client Care Representative to become the welcoming face of our clinic in Benowa, located in the AHC Building directly across from Benowa Early Learning Centre and the Medical Centre on Carrara Street.
In this rewarding role, you'll support clients throughout their hearing health journey while helping our clinic run smoothly behind the scenes.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll build meaningful relationships, deliver exceptional service, and play an important role in helping people stay connected to the world around them.
Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.
This is a permanent full‐time position, working Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

What will you be doing?
Managing the appointment schedule for our audiologists, including setting and rescheduling appointments for our clients
Greeting clients at the clinic and updating client records
Answering clinic phone calls and emails
Assisting with client and doctor enquiries
Accurate billing of appointments
Providing basic troubleshooting and servicing for hearing devices
Other general office duties
What do you need to be successful in this role?
A passion for delivering an amazing client experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and lots of patience
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Demonstrated judgement and advanced skills in the delivery of administrative services
Resilience, self-motivation and lots of energy
Willingness to cover sick leave and annual leave at our other clinics from time to time.
