Key Responsibilities
Foster a nurturing, inclusive and engaging learning environment for children.
Build meaningful relationships with children, families and the wider community.
Plan and deliver creative,



play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Observe, assess and document children's learning and development.
Maintain high standards of health, safety and cleanliness within the learning environment.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues to support positive outcomes for children.
Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the continuous improvement of the service.
Qualifications and Skills
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or currently studying towards one of these qualifications.
A genuine passion for early childhood education and child-centred learning.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Current and Valid Working with Children Queensland Blue Card.
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, or willingness to obtain.
An appreciation for nature-based learning, rural environments and strong community connections.
