At Emerald Coaches, safety is at the heart of everything we do and Bus Aides play a vital role in supporting drivers and caring for passengers, particularly school students and those with additional needs
Casual position ***** hrs per week
Adaptable, meaningful work supporting your local community
$*****/hr
Key responsibilities include
Supporting passenger safety and wellbeing at all times
Assisting with seating, seatbelts, and mobility aids
Monitoring behaviour and maintaining a respectful environment
Communicating with the driver and responding to any concerns
Assisting in emergency situations if required




Helping keep the bus clean and presentable
About you
You are calm, reliable, and enjoy working with people especially children.
You take pride in helping others and contributing to a safe and positive experience for everyone on board
What you'll need
Blue Card or Driver Authorisation
Ability to pass a police check and medical
A caring, patient, and safety-focused attitude
Experience in a similar role highly regarded but not essential
