About the Role
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for welcoming clients, handling enquiries, and coordinating with both internal production teams and external clients to ensure jobs are delivered accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Greet clients as they arrive and assist with their enquiries.
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to email enquiries professionally.
Liaise with internal teams and external clients to ensure projects are completed and delivered on schedule.
Coordinate and track customer orders throughout the production process.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Perform general reception and administrative duties.
Assist with quoting, job updates, and customer communications as required.
Maintain a professional and welcoming front office environment.
Essential Requirements
Previous experience in theprint, signage, or related industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Professional phone manner and customer service skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Highly motivated, efficient, and proactive approach to work.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Solid attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Reliable and punctual.
Must haveown reliable transport to and from work.
