Fire Pump Technician
North SydneyA respected fire protection contractor specialising in design, installation, testing, maintenance, and certification is seeking an experienced Fire Pump Technician to join their growing service team.
About the role
In this role, you'll be responsible for the service, testing, maintenance, and repair of fire pump systems across commercial, industrial, and residential sites.
You'll carry out fault finding, compliance checks, and ensure all works meet Australian Standards.
The role may also involve assisting in commissioning works and supporting junior technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine service, testing, and maintenance of fire pump systems
Diagnose and repair faults to ensure compliance and reliability




Complete compliance documentation and service reports
Assist with commissioning and upgrades when required
Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians
About You:
Experienced Fire Technician with strong background in fire pumps
Knowledge of Australian Standards (AS****)
Hands-on technical skills with testing, fault finding, and repairs
Strong communicator with good client-facing skills
Detail-focused and able to work independently or in a team
