No lending experience? No problem. We're far more interested in the right attitude than a long resumé — the technical skills can be taught.

General administration or customer service experience is a bonus (but not essential)
Position overview — the role of an entry-level Loan Administrator is:
Provide administrative and office support to the franchise and our loan consultants
Assist in preparing, tracking and following up client loan applications from submission through to settlement
Collect and check supporting documents, and help keep client files accurate and up to date
Action day-to-day communication with clients and third parties via SMS, email, letter and phone
Learn to liaise with lenders, valuers and conveyancers to help move applications forward
Support the team with data entry, scanning, reception and general office duties
Help deliver the ongoing, best-in-industry client care our business is known for
Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking / Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management-essential after 12 months as a requirement for the role
