Join our energetic team at RSG as an Area Manager, where you’ll play a pivotal role in driving performance, supporting franchisees, and elevating our brand across multiple locations.

What You’ll Do:
Build strong relationships with franchisees to identify and resolve operational challenges.
Ensure compliance across store presentation, hygiene, customer service, and brand standards.
Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance.
Support local and national marketing initiatives.
Deliver in-store training and coaching to franchisees and their teams.
Assist with business planning, budgeting, and KPI tracking.
Contribute to new store builds, tech rollouts, current business training




Champion WH&S;, food safety, and customer satisfaction.

What You Bring:
Proven experience in multi-site retail or QSR management.
Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
A hands-on, solutions-focused approach.
Passion for brand integrity and franchise success.
Ability to travel between store locations as needed.
