The Role
We are seeking motivated and passionate Assistant in Nursing (AIN) – Cert III and/or IV to join our supportive and friendly team at our Seven Hills facility in Western Sydney. Casual shift across Monday to Sunday.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, individualised care that promotes dignity, respect, and comfort for our residents.
Shift Hours and Availability
We are particularly seeking reliable candidates with the flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends, with shifts available in:
Morning shifts
Afternoon shifts
Must be permanent resident or citizen.
What You’ll Do
Provide individualised personal care and support to residents
Assist with repositioning,
pressure area and skin care
Take and document vital signs and observations
Make up both occupied and unoccupied beds
Report observations promptly to the Registered Nurse
Follow infection control procedures and promote a secure, clean setting
Support residents with empathy, dignity, and respect
About You
Certificate III or IV in Aged Care / Individual Support (essential)
Excellent communication and literacy skills
Experience working with people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Empathy, patience, and commitment to resident wellbeing
Full Australian working rights (essential)
