Catering Project Sydney is seeking a Pastry Chef for our Glebe kitchen to create pastries, cakes and sweet bites for events. In this full time role you will work with our creative culinary director and head pastry chef to develop dessert menus and plated presentations, ensuring taste, texture, and presentation meet the highest standards.

You'll supervise pastry operations, maintain a clean, compliant kitchen, follow HACCP principles, and adapt recipes to market trends.
