Evolve Talent is currently seeking an experienced Factory Foreman for a reputable architectural joinery company based in Sydney.

Position Details:

Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: 7am - 3:30pm
Employment Type: Permanent, Salary

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily factory operations and coordinate with management
Lead, mentor and supervise trades staff, apprentices and Leading Hand
Maintain premium-quality workmanship across all custom joinery
Work closely with the drafting team to ensure documentation is production-ready
Monitor productivity, materials and overall efficiency
Promote WHS standards and ensure safe machinery operation
Remain hands‑on on the factory floor when required

Candidate Requirements:
Trade qualification in Cabinet Making / Joinery
Previous supervisory, team-lead or foreman experience
Robust ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings

Ability to mentor a team and uphold high production standards
