Job Description
ELM Aquatics is currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Carpenter to join their team in Griffith NSW.
Key Duties:
Apply carpentry trade skills, general framing, construction and installation of subfloors, walls door frames, roofing and trust work.
Coordinate site preparation
Interpret building standards, codes and regulations
Coordinate planning for building tasks
Provide advise to, and liaise with project personnel on matters relating to carpentry and construction requirements
Interpret plans, specifications and drawings.
Assist in the compilation of specifications, scope of works and costs estimates.
Relevant Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum Cert III in Carpentry or equivalent
Construction Induction (White Card)
Physically fit
Current driver's license
Excellent problem solving and communication skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in general carpentry work in commercial and domestic builds
Salary range is $75,000-$85,000pa commensurate with experience Fulltime Position available Applications open on 8th July **** and closes on 8th August ****.
