You will be responsible for the performance of the new car department, driving sales, profitability, customer satisfaction and team engagement.
Key responsibilities include leading a high‐performing sales team, managing lead flow, stock and pricing, and collaborating with Finance & Insurance, Service and Marketing to ensure consistency with group standards and CSI targets.
