We're seeking an experienced and passionateBar Supervisorto assist in leading our Front of House operations and support the next chapter of the business.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily bar operations and deliver exceptional customer service
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages
Lead, train,



and support the bar team to maintain service standards
Manage stock, ordering, stocktakes, and minimise wastage
Ensure compliance with RSA, food safety, and workplace health & safety requirements
Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally
Work closely with the management and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service
About You
Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor or Senior Bartender in a busy hospitality venue
Barista and bartender experience is essential
Strong knowledge of coffee, cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits
Current RSA certificate (essential)
Solid leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Experience with POS and hospitality systems is highly regarded
Available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
Requirements
Permanent Australian Residency (working visa/visa sponsorship is not available for this role)
Current QLD RSA
Reliable transport and a valid driver's licence
