Duties
A newly created position to cope with demand, this role will see you working alongside a highly successful Buyers Agent specialising in buying for clients on the Northern Beaches of Sydney – Collaroy to Palm Beach
Day to day you will support by:
Searching for, researching and delivering suitable properties to clients ranging from Collaroy to Palm Beach
Attending open homes and property inspections
Liaising with solicitors, building inspectors etc.
Following up agents for off‐market opportunities
Client management – providing reports, updates and general communication
Networking with Real Estate agents to gain referrals
Specific requirements
3+ years Real Estate experience (ideally a previous Agent, a Sales Assistant or Associate to a high‐achieving Agent, or a Property Manager / BDM etc)




Be comfortable getting on the phone & easily able to forge relationships with agents
Ideally living on / or good market knowledge of the Northern Beaches (Manly to Palm Beach)
Current Certificate of Registration or License
Drivers license & contemporary vehicle
3 - 4 day a week in Real Estate
Hybrid – Work from Home (WFH) and Office combined
