Monday to Friday roster with a 70% Perth / 30% Pilbara & Port Hedland site-based split, including ad-hoc FIFO travel.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team supporting innovative control system solutions across BHP operations.
About the Position
Join the team as a Site Supervisor and play a key role in delivering high-quality civil, earthworks, and construction projects across the Pilbara region.
You'll lead site crews, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards while working closely with clients and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, commission, and maintain control system solutions across BHP mining operations.
Configure, troubleshoot, and support Citect SCADA and Unity Pro / Control Expert platforms.
Deliver control system engineering support across project design, implementation, testing, and commissioning phases.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, project managers, and site stakeholders.
Provide technical expertise for PLC, SCADA, automation, and process control systems.




Conduct site visits to support commissioning, fault finding, and operational improvements.
Develop engineering documentation, reports, and technical specifications.
Identify opportunities for system optimisation, reliability improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience Required
Degree in Engineering (or equivalent) with a minimum of 7 years' Control Systems Engineering experience.
Demonstrated BHP project or site experience with strong hands-on experience using Citect SCADA and Unity Pro / Control Expert.
Experience in PLC/SCADA design, commissioning, troubleshooting, and multidisciplinary project delivery.
Complex control systems design experience, CPEng/Engineers Australia membership, and project management experience are highly regarded.
