We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven GP Marketing & Medical Liaison Officer to develop and strengthen relationships with General Practitioners, Specialists, Allied Health Professionals and Practice Managers in Quakers Hill and adjoining suburbs.
Position Summary
The GP Marketing & Medical Liaison Officer is responsible for growing referral relationships by promoting the practice's services, maintaining regular contact with referrers, and ensuring an exceptional experience for healthcare providers and their patients.
The successful candidate will act as the key representative of Quakers Hill X-Ray & Ultrasound within the local medical community.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong skilled relationships with General Practitioners, Specialists,



Practice Managers and Allied Health providers.
Conduct regular visits to medical centers around Quakers Hill.
Develop new referral relationships while maintaining existing accounts.
Organize morning teas and lunch presentations with local GP's.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through regular follow-up.
Provide weekly reports outlining visits, opportunities and outcomes.
Track referral trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
Manage the practice's presence on social media, Google, and the website.
Demonstrate basic knowledge of medical software commonly used in GP and specialist clinics.
Essential Selection Criteria
Background in radiology as aradiographer or receptionistwill also be considered desirable.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with medical professionals and patients.
Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
Highly organized with excellent time management.
Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets.
Professional presentation and positive attitude.
Current unrestricted Australian Driver License.
Location
Based at Quakers Hill Imaging with regular travel throughout Western Sydney.
