Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Practice Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional care to our patients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Clinical Care
Administering childhood immunizations & general vaccinations
Managing wound care & assisting with minor procedures (excisions, women's health)
Performing Spirometry, Audiometry, ECG, and Holter monitoring
Conducting ear syringing,



iron infusions and venesections
Triage & patient assessments
Sterilizing medical equipment
Chronic Disease & Preventative Care
Performing health assessments, including ATSI health assessments
Assisting with Care Plans and patient education
Coordinating patient recalls and results using HotDocs software
Compliance & Administration
Maintaining AGPAL Accreditation Clinical Standards
Managing cold chain compliance
Stock Ordering & managing medical supplies
Adhering to COVID-19 vaccination protocols & guidelines
What we are looking for in essential criteria
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Valid CPR / First Aid and Immunisation Certificate
Strong understanding of patient privacy & confidentiality
Ability to work independently & as part of a team
A patient-first approach with empathy, compassion & professionalism
Knowledge of Best Practice or similar medical software (training provided)
Familiarity with GP Accreditation processes (preferred but not essential)
Previous general practice or primary care nursing experience is preferred but not essential.
Australian permanent residency or citizenship is required for this position
Monday - Friday availability, with potential for rotational Saturday morning shifts
