About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will provide tailored support to NDIS participants with varying needs, including psychosocial disabilities, intellectual disabilities, and complex behaviours.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting participants withdaily living activities(personal care, meal prep, household tasks)
Supportingcommunity access and social participation.
Implementingindividualised care plans and behaviour support strategies.
Encouraging independence, choice, and control.




Maintaining accurateprogress notes and reporting.
Supporting participants in achieving theirNDIS goals.

Essential Requirements:
CurrentNDIS Worker Screening Check(or willing to obtain)
Working With Children Check (QLD Blue Card)
CurrentFirst Aid & CPR Certificate
ValidDriver's Licenceand access to a reliable vehicle
Robust communication and documentation skills
Desirable:
Support Independent living (SIL) support experience.
Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or similar.
Experience withmental health, SIL, or high intensity supports.
Knowledge ofNDIS Practice Standards.
