This opportunity is for someone who already has strong experience in motor repair or insurance assessing and is ready to step into a portfolio‐ownership role.
This role is hands‐on, practical and designed for someone who wants ownership and real business impact.
From day one, you'll be managing a portfolio of repair partners, driving performance improvements and strengthening relationships, working closely with repairers, claims teams and internal stakeholders in a collaborative environment.
What you'll be doing
Build and manage strong partnerships with a network of repairers, acting as the primary relationship owner
Oversee repairer performance against KPIs and SLAs (cost, quality, turnaround times, customer satisfaction)
Analyse MIS and Tableau data to identify trends and drive targeted performance improvement plans
Conduct audits and coach repairers to uplift quality, compliance and operational capability
Manage complaints, escalations and performance issues while ensuring high-quality, safe repair outcomes
What great looks like
2-3 years' experience in motor repair, estimating, or insurance assessing
Understanding of vehicle repair processes, industry standards and quality frameworks
Confident communicator who can influence, coach and manage stakeholder relationships




Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights
Ownership mindset with resilience, strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a rapid‐paced environment
