What you’ll be doing
Coordinate incoming service jobs and customer enquiries
Enter jobs, raise quotes and work orders in iScala
Communicate job progress and updates to customers
Support workshop and field service scheduling
Process rental contracts, fleet dispatch and returns
Maintain fleet readiness and asset status records
Assist with invoicing, reporting and general admin support
7:00am - 1:00pm (early finish every Friday)
Weekends off

What we’re looking for
2+ years experience in service admin / customer support
Experience in industrial, hire, pumps or engineering industries beneficial
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organised with solid attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office and ERP systems (b iScala ideal but not essential /b)
Current driver’s licence
