Wide Bay Crane Hire is seeking experienced Dogmen/Riggers to join our team on a casual basis in Hervey Bay and Bundaberg. As a Dogman/Rigger, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our cranes on construction sites. This is a hands‑on position that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a solid commitment to workplace safety.

What you’ll be doing
Rigging and slinging loads for crane operations
Performing pre-operational checks on lifting equipment
Communicating with crane operators to ensure safe and coordinated crane movements
Adhering to all relevant safety procedures and regulations

What we’re looking for
Experience as a Dogman/Rigger in the construction industry
Proven ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities




Ability to work at heights and in physically demanding conditions
Current high-risk work licence (DG/RB) and relevant qualifications
HR Licence Preferable - Not required
